Progress Luv2Pak was delighted to once again compete in this year's Daily Bread Food Sort Challenge on Nov. 18th 2011.

We entered the competition with some serious goals to accomplish.
- Raise funds for the Daily Bread Food Bank
- Beat our 10th place finish from last year's competition
- Have fun!!!

As of today Progress Luv2Pak has raised over $2000.00 and we plan to continue our fundraising efforts right up to the holiday break. The funds raised were from our staff and their friends and family. A big thank you goes out to everyone who helped the Daily Bread purchase wholesale food items at a substantially reduced price making this donation go the distance. We are happy to announce we beat last year's finish by placing 2nd in the Food Sort Challenge this year. With a time of 48 minutes, we sorted, inspected and boxed over 3000lbs of food items!! The whole team threw their backs and most importantly theirs hearts into this competition and it showed with an amazing 2nd place finish. Congratulations to all those employees who volunteered to be a part of this event. Next year we're coming for 1st place!!!!

The Food Sort Challenge was a wonderful event put on by the kindest people in Toronto. Their non-stop effort to help those in need all year round is a reminder that each and every person can make a difference when you get involved in your community.
